Our German made Fast wine opener is the fastest wall mounted uncorking system for the gourmet, professional waiters, bartenders and caterers. This opener is made for fast & easily bottle opening. Nickel plated stainless steel construction is very attractive looking. It makes it easy to remove any cork. The large lever handle transfers over 20 pounds of force with one pound of pressure! Counter mounted with a vise clamp and wing nut. Inserts into the cork and extracts it from the bottle in one downward stroke. It also features a side-mounted, two-wheel foil cutter. Lever arm measures 8 in. length. Overall height is 11 in. Can accommodate a maximum counter thickness of 2 in. Depth is 7 in. Instructions (to use): 1. Roll bottle against cutting wheel (located on the side plate) until top of capsule is cut. 2. Raise lever arm down completely and the cork will be pulled from the bottle all in this one downward stroke. Reverse process to remove cork

Instructions (to use): 1. Put handle in full upright position. 2. Place bottle (with capsule cut) into cradle at base of machine. Hold bottle firmly. Bottle will be uncorked and cork will fall off spiral ready for the next bottle.

Chefs Note: Wine Decanting: Getting the best out of a bottle of wine. Decanting is simply transferring the wine from the bottle to another container. Little understood and practiced by few, decanting at home is a great way for friends and family to increase their enjoyment of wine. Many wine drinkers notice, it is only when the bottle is nearly finished that the wine seems to improve. It is simple, it takes time for a wine to react to contact with air. The swirling of wine in a glass hastens this action. For this reason wine glasses should only be half-filled. It is also why larger wine glasses are preferred. Having been cooped up in a bottle for any number of years, a wine, especially an older wine, needs an opportunity to open up, to bloom, before it can reveal its fullest flavor and bouquet. Our Champagne Opener opener features a cool new design. The opener features sturdy zinc alloy construction and elegant matte nickel finish. The handles are inlaid with rubber handles to give a positive grip for non slip action. 1-3/4 in. wide, 6-3/4 in. long. Without removing the foil from the cork, locate the loop of the wire muzzle and bend it out. With the handles slightly apart, slip the horn into the loop of the wire muzzle and pull the wire loop while turning the "top hat" of the opener to rest flat over the cork. Grip the handles together so that the two spikes on either side of the opener penetrate the cork capturing it securely. By applying pressure downward on the handles, rock the front of the opener upward, breaking the wire muzzle. Rotate the opener outward lifting slightly on the handles until the cork is removed from the bottle.
