Do you own a heavy duty cooling rack that will cool anything? Ours will not bend, it's made to last through a lifetime of baking! The right cooling rack makes a difference in the finishing of your baked goods. This Cooling Rack was designed using the experience of our Certified Chefs. The chrome plated solid steel construction provides sturdy support. The six feet on the bottom keep the rack evenly raised for proper air circulation and fast cooling. The tightly spaced grid pattern prevents baked goods from sinking or falling through, and allows them to slide easily off the rack when cooling is completed.
