When we first tested the Chroma Type 301 Cutlery designed by F.A. Porsche, we were amazed at the unique design combining modern form and practical function. They have perfect balance making them easy to use. The handle of the knives are constructed of 18/10 stainless steel, and the blade is made of high-quality Chrome Molybednum Alloy steel. The blade of each knife is carefully sharpened by the hand of a master. This Cutlery holds an edge longer than most other high quality knives.
An ergonomic handle - designed by F.A. Porsche and famous Chefs! A metal "pearl" that clearly demarcates the end of the handle, for better control when cutting. These knives have a Rockwell Hardness of 56-58, the perfect hardness to insure easy sharpening and edge retention.
We like the knife design and give it very high ratings! We have tested all the brands of cutlery, including Wusthof & Global.
