Our classic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese knife makes it easy to cut and break up this cheese.
This knife is excellent for cutting chunks off a piece of any hard cheese. This knife is handcrafted for us from hardwood and stainless steel in Italy!
Our classic grated Parmesan Cheese is aged for over 10 months. It has a perfect nutty taste and a more coarse texture than the lower grades found in most grocery stores. Our shelf stable packaging means no refrigeration is needed until it's opened!
Chefs Note: One taste and you will know Italian quality. Crusty garlic cheese bread, sprinkled on pasta, pizza and salads, I love it on everything!
Our 12 ounce cheese shaker is made from unbreakable acrylic with a solid stainless steel shaker top. It is perfect for parmesan cheese, crushed pepper or spices. We use ours for grated parmesan cheese. Restaurant and pizza parlor customers love these!

The Microplane Fine Ribbon grater will quickly shred cheese. Microplane graters are dishwasher safe and feature surgical grade stainless steel blades available in five unique blade styles, clear plastic frames and ergonomic handles. Cover included. Dimensions: 10 3/4 in. x 3 3/8 in. x 3/4 in., Weight: 4 oz. Materials: Blade made of surgical grade stainless steel. Plastic handle. Care & Cleaning, Dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth. Store with blade covered when not in use!
