Half Sheet Silpat Baking Mat (11 5/8 in. x 16 1/2 in.)
This is our Giant Christmas Tree Cake Mold. This mold holds aprox. 10 cups of cake batter (17 1/2 in. tall x 14 in wide x 2 1/2 deep). The mold is made out of tin plated thick steel for excellent heat transfer; the result is faster cake baking. These pans also have great anti stick properties. The pan has a hole on top and can be used as a display!
