The Mezzaluna curved chopping knife and Maple chopping bowl has roots in many cultures. It is easy to use due to the ergonomic design.
Known in Italy as Mezzaluna and in Alaska as an Ulu. It is the best tool for chopping herbs, garlic, onions and more. Fast, clean and efficient - used by rocking the blade back and forth over herbs or chopping up and down over larger vegetables. The blade is forged from high carbon stainless steel and brass rivets secure the maple handle. The bowl is 10 in x 10 in. solid maple bowl with Mezzaluna chopper.
