This is a Giesser Forged Knife Set with Magnetic Case. The set includes a roll of garnishing tools. The knives are forged from the highest quality German alloy steel. We have tested these knives extensively and find them to be the strongest and most durable cutlery available from Germany! These knives have the perfect Rockwell Hardness of 57 and hold an edge longer than the competition! The high quality case (19 in. x 12 in. x 3 in.) has a heavy duty metal and poly handle, high impact corners and locking metal clasps. The strong magnets are built in and the knives will not move when in the case!

This is our new Decorating Knife, it is offset and features a comfortable rubber nonslip handle. It measures 10 in. overall, with a 5 1/2 in. long German steel blade. The wavy blade is 1 in. wide and offset about 1 in. so your hand will clear the cutting board. Made in Germany.
