This is the best food mill (ricer) that we have seen. Made out of high quality 18/8 stainless steel, it is made to last. This food mill holds 2 quarts, with three blades, fine, medium and coarse, these are easily interchangable for simple food processing. The Fine blade will stop tomato seeds but leaves texture. The Medium blade allows tomato seeds to pass through and adds more texture, the Coarse blade is perfect for potatoes and spatzle. Perfect for making soups, sauces, puree vegetables and baby foods.
