This is a 10 inch Butcher knife, it is used for butchering large pieces of meat. It also works great for slicing meats, roasts, roast turkey and ham and into thin and even slices. This knife will hold its edge for thousands of cutting tasks, then it sharpens easily with a diamond sharpening steel.
